Pilates for Pregnancy: Hannah’s Testimonial

In this new blog series, we are excited to highlight some Pella Pilates clients who have experienced growth and strengthening through their Pilates journey. First up is Hannah! 

Hannah has been working out weekly at Pella Pilates since May of this year. She is a mom-to-be who always has a smile and a kind word to share! Her laugh is contagious and her enthusiasm for Pilates is so fun. Read more about her Pilates experience below! 


Tell us about yourself. What is your current job and life stage?

“I am newly married and about to be a mom to a baby boy! I am the owner of Simply Dancing. It is a Christian dance studio where we focus on modesty in our music, clothing, and dance moves. I absolutely love getting to know the kids and continuing to dance!”

How have you noticed the strength or skills from Pilates helping you in your job or everyday life?

“Pilates has been great for me while I have been pregnant to "wake up" my body. It has done wonders for my hip pain. It also helps me stay active throughout my week while teaching classes at my dance studio.”


What do you love about your classes at Pella Pilates?

“Well I love Natalie! She is such a great instructor and brings such a vibrant aspect to the class. And I love the people that I get to work out with. With my schedule, it's not always the same people, so I love getting to meet new friends all the time!”
