Where do I start?

Thank you for your interest! Please begin by filling out this form. We will contact you with more information and how to set up your 45 minute first time client Pilates session. This first session is a great way to learn more about Pilates, try it out, ask questions, and see if it is a good fit for you!

After your first session, we will make a recommendation for either individual sessions or a class placement depending on your goals.

How long is my session?

All reformer Pilates group classes are 50 minutes.

What should I wear?

You should wear comfortable, yet not too loose of clothing. Leggings, exercise pants, bike shorts, short sleeve tops, and tank tops are all great options. No jeans.

Do I wear shoes?

You may wear Toe Sox (or any type of sock with a grip) or bare feet. You can purchase Toe Sox from Amazon or other similar brands.

How do I pay?

We accept credit cards, cash or check for all single sessions or packages. Please make checks payable to Pella Pilates.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are allowed to cancel 24 hours before your session or will be charged the price of your session.

How often should I do Pilates in the studio?

Two to three sessions per week is recommended, but you will still see the benefits of Pilates with once-a-week sessions.

When is the studio open?

Mondays: 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Tuesdays: 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Wednesdays: 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Thursdays: 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
Fridays: 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Saturdays: 8 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Sundays: Closed

Can I bring my kids to watch my pilates class?

As much as we love kids, we can’t have them in the studio during class times. If you are ever in a child-care bind, please reach out to your instructor and we will try to reschedule you!
