At Pella Pilates & Wellness,
we offer group and private instruction for every person in every stage of life.
Pilates can be tailored to your individual needs whether you are new to movement, desiring greater mobility, working through an injury, wanting to achieve a greater level of sports performance, or are looking to increase your overall strength and balance.
Depending on your individual goals, we have a place for you! We offer both contemporary Pilates classes as well as FUSION classes (a “fusion” of HIIT + strength & conditioning + Pilates).

Come and try out Pilates!
**For those wanting to come with friends and family members, you can bring up to four people!
You will get to try out the Pilates equipment, learn basic movements of Pilates, and ask any questions you may have. Once you have completed your First Time New Client Session, you will have access to our various classes through our scheduling app!

This class provides a wonderful option for those looking for low impact and light resistance to help keep their bodies functioning and strong for the golden years of life. This class is ideal for those new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, have had a hip or knee replacement, shoulder surgeries, or need slower transitions or modifications through the various movements. This class will focus on foundational Pilates movements targeting proper alignment, balance, strength & stability, and core connections. Reformer, EXO chair, and various props will be utilized.

*Minimum class size 2 clients

This class is great for clients who are new to Pilates, back from a workout hiatus or injury, have had a hip or knee replacement, or need slower transitions & modifications through the various movements. This class will focus on foundational Pilates movements targeting proper alignment, strength and stability, movement principles, and core connections. Reformer, EXO chair, mat & various props will be utilized.

*Minimum class size 2 clients

This class is for clients who have experience on the reformer and are ready to integrate more challenging Pilates movements, progressions, and coordination. These classes will focus on building strength, deepening core connections, improving balance, and increasing flexibility and mobility. This contemporary Pilates class will move at a moderate pace through foundational and intermediate Pilates exercises on the reformer, EXO chair, and mat. Various props will also be utilized.
*INTEGRATE classes will allow for minor modifications as needed, but all modifications and injuries need to be approved by the instructor 24 hours prior to class time to ensure your safety and fit into the class.
*Permission is required to enter this class prior to signing up.
*Minimum class size 2 clients

This class is for clients who are intermediate or advanced on the reformer with few injuries or special conditions. Ideal for clients who are able to move continuously through the Pilates repertoire. FLOW classes will include more challenging progressions & coordination along with quicker transitions. This contemporary Pilates class will flow through various intermediate to more advanced Pilates exercises on the reformer, EXO chair, and mat. Various props will also be utilized.
*FLOW classes will allow for minor modifications as needed, but all modifications and injuries need to be approved by the instructor 24 hours prior to class time to ensure your safety and fit into the class.
*Permission required prior to enrolling.

This is a multi-level Pilates class offering clients an opportunity to add in movement during their work day and avoid the afternoon slump!
This class will focus on foundational Pilates movements targeting balance, strength and stability, movement principles, and core connections.
Progressions & modifications will be given. This class will primarily use the reformers.

FUSION Classes

The FUSION Foundation class is the first stage of the FUSION Track. This class is designed to lay out the foundations in your Pilates practice by perfecting form in basic reformer and mat exercises, finding stabilizers, and learning key movement principles, cues, and body awareness.
Combining foundational Pilates movements with an integrated, full-body workout makes this class ideal for those new to Pilates, those who are pregnant or post-pregnancy, those coming back from illness/injury/surgery, or those who need specific modifications.

*FUSION Foundation classes will allow for modifications as needed, but all modifications and injuries need to be approved by the instructor 24 hours prior to class time to ensure your safety and fit into the class.

The FUSION Intermediate class is the second stage of the FUSION Track. Building upon FUSION Foundations, this dynamic workout-style class continues to build overall strength and awareness, integrates intermediate level Pilates skills, and incorporates more resistance & higher intensity intervals. This class focuses on form and repetition of more challenging movements in order to create muscle memory in preparation for the next level of FUSION Advanced.
Clients are recommended to take FUSION Intermediate classes a minimum of two times per week if hoping to eventually graduate to the FUSION Advanced level.

The FUSION Advanced class is the third stage of the FUSION Track. This class will challenge every part of your core, strength, and endurance! Offering a high intensity, workout-style class, FUSION Advanced integrates more challenging Pilates movements with interval training, longer sets, increased resistances, full-body strength challenges & quick transitions. Expect an elevated heart rate and fast-paced music!
Due to the degree of difficulty of this class and striving to keep all of our clients safe, clients must have intermediate/advanced Pilates experience, whole body awareness, and an aptitude for great form and movement principles in order to be invited into this class.
*The FUSION Advanced class is invite only by Instructor Paige.
*FUSION Advanced class CANNOT accommodate for modifications or injuries.

FUSION CHAIR FOUNDATION: novice level
The FUSION Chair classes are the perfect complement to any class offered at Pella Pilates & Wellness. These classes will emphasize classical Pilates EXO chair exercises with added props, partner work, and intervals. Participants have the opportunity to practice challenging chair skills, dedicating at least 50% of class time to chairs while also utilizing the reformers and mats. These FUSION Chair classes offer a fun way to work on your Pilates chair mastery and will help you thrive when the EXO chair is used in other classes.

*FUSION CHAIR Foundation can allow for minor modifications, under the direct approval of the instructor. Please inform the instructor of injuries or special conditions 24 hours prior to class.
